I’ve been an athlete all my life who’s played football and ran track .Since I was 12 I’ve always had a desire to better not only myself but others around me. Health and wellness was always at the top of my list. I wasn’t the best student in school but I always took advantage of great opportunities. I started young by being apart of an internship in occupational and physical therapy at John Hopkins hospital in northeast D.C. It gave me a greater understanding of the intricacies of the human body and put helped me to put together the puzzle pieces of how things truly worked. After a year of college I became certified to be a nutritionist and athletic trainer. With time, I put my skill set and studies to work and went on to help my first client who suffered from a stroke, walk again. He inspired me. He told me that what I helped him accomplish no Physical therapist he has ever been to could ever do. He donated 10,000 to my business and bought me a dog and even got his mother to start training with me. My goal is to introduce fitness and wellness to all who want it as a lifestyle. Our goal is to bring individuals together to motivate one another, to push one another and to grow with as a unit . This month’s 60-day challenge is to drop 30 pounds in 60 days with the proper nutrition guidelines and with the proper exercise routines. If you’re up for the challenge, come join us!
